Collaborations4Health was formed during the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020, building on the long-standing and successful working relationship of our three principle partners who have worked together on many health-related projects, primarily for healthcare commissioners in London and the South East. Collaborations4Health is led by Jonathan Weaver, a consultant with more than 25 years extensive experience of working within the NHS primary care sector.
The unique selling point of Collaborations4Health is the ability to build a team of experts from a list of associates who are capable of delivering complex health related projects in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders at an affordable price.
We are a group of experienced consultants with an excellent reputation for working together to successfully deliver complex projects
We have extensive knowledge and experience of the primary care sector.
We are known and well regarded, both individually and as team, by many commissioners and GP practices in London and the South East.
We are not an agency that makes profit from the outsourcing of staff.
We are not a large consultancy with high overheads that might deploy inexperienced, trainee staff. All our consultants will be subject matter experts.
We are not an individual self-employed consultant, so clients have the benefit of pooled knowledge, skills and experience, and of project continuity even during planned and unplanned absence of individual team members.
OUR OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to support health commissioners and providers to make lasting improvements to health services that benefit patients.
We recognise that this will only be achieved if such changes
i) are innovative and represent value for money for the commissioner
ii) are cost effective and practical for a provider to deliver
iii) are accepted by both clinicians and patients
